Incursions
Ulah will arrive on her magical carpet loaded with Genie goodies including full genie costumes for all. The children will become little magical genies dancing, playing music and games. They’ll be fully engaged enjoying the fun, energetic art of being a genie. The movement and music from a mystical land will fascinate both boys and girls.
INTRODUCTION & REVEAL
Firstly, gather on the magic carpet while Ulah greets you with mystical music and tinkerling finger cymbals.
DRESS UP FOR ALL!
Dress up as Genies’ and feel what a magical bond this conjures up throughout the group.
THE PERFORMANCE
Enjoy Ulah’s performance. See her golden wings soaring and her snake slither then turn into a skipping rope! Look out for Mustafa her little darting disappearing friend.
YOUR TURN!
Experience the exhilaration and belly laughs associated with learning simple, theatrical dance moves and playing instruments.
GAME TIME
Play Ulah says, “Arabian robot, snake arms, Aladdin’s lamp.”
Pose like a Genie (photo time): Ulah will arrange the children into a colourful composition. Group photos are much more fun when you can pose like a genie! Laaaalalalalalalaaaaa!!!
Finally each child will have the chance to show off his or her favourite Genie move while all of the other Genies copy their move.
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! ALL ABILITIES WELCOMED!

Excursions
The children’s imaginations will be captured upon entering the mystical world of the ‘Amera’s Palace’ lantern (a large well appointed dance studio). They will enjoy morphing into fanciful genies with dress-ups, belly dancing and drumming. The movement and music from this mysterious land will fascinate both boys and girls.
Get set for a magical flying carpet ride. Little Genies won’t be able to help wiggling and giggling!

THE ENTERTAINMENT
Two wonderful entertaining hosts, Genies Ulah-lah-laaah (professional dance performer) and Ali-li-liiiiiiii (female drum teacher and performer).
DRESS UP’S FOR ALL!
Children will become real little genies in full costume Aladdin and Princess Jasmine style.
A PERFORMANCE AND GROUP DANCING
Ulah performs. See her golden wings soaring and her snake slithering then being turned into a skipping rope! Look out for Ulah’s little disappearing friend!? This will leave the children wide eyed and ready to participate.
Up on your feet lil genies, let’s all dance to our live band (fellow little genies playing).
Each child will have the chance to show off his or her favourite Genie move at the end.
PLAY MIDDLE EASTERN INSTRUMENTS
Children will get to play authentic Middle Eastern percussive instruments and learn fun rhythmical patterns.
GENIE INSPIRED GAMES
Ulah says, “Aladdins lamp, snake arms, Ali Barber.”

Ulah and Ali will arrange the children into a colourful composition. Group shots are much more fun when you can pose like a genie! Laalalalalalalaaaa!!!
